Yamila Martinez is passionate about public policy, immigration, and media. She has written for The Nation, Latino News Network, and more. She has interned with women and black government officials through the CUNY Women’s Public Service Internship Program and Caucus CUNY Scholars. After graduation in May, she will pursue a MPA at NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is excited to support the alumni community at LDSJ.
