Design Lead, Branding & Digital Strategy

Namrata Kupte leads brand, visual, and user experience design across the Colin Powell School’s digital and print platforms. She oversees the development of accessible, cohesive communications spanning websites, publications, campaigns, and institutional branded content.

In this hybrid role, she bridges brand strategy and creative direction —shaping digital experiences that align the School’s mission with user needs and organizational goals. Namrata partners closely with cross-functional teams to guide brand systems, design standards, and user-centered experiences with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

With a background in Communication Design and close to two decades of experience across advertising agencies, nonprofits, and higher education, Namrata brings a strategic, systems-level approach to visual storytelling and digital platforms—delivering thoughtful, impactful design solutions that scale.
