Bobby Derival
Chief Administrative Officer, Colin Powell School
Bobby Derival is a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to create positive social change through education, mentorship, and collaboration. As the Colin Powell School’s Chief Administrative Officer, Bobby plays a central role in overseeing staff development, budgeting and work-flow, strategic plan implementation, and new programs and partnerships.
Bobby is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion that reflects the values and mission of the school and the university. A first generation Haitian-American, Bobby is deeply involved with Haitian-run community health organizations in northern Haiti. Bobby is an alum of Fordham University, Arcadia University, and the Coro Leadership New York Program.
