Jake Levin (he/they) is a community organizer and facilitator based in Brooklyn, NY. At LDSJ, he is responsible for coordinating our internship program and supporting our fellows as they navigate career and professional transitions. Jake has organized for many years with Jews for Racial and Economic Justice (JFREJ), where he leads neighborhood-based political education and local organizing related to Israel-Palestine. Jake has experience across social justice movements organizing around progressive electoral campaigns, designing a national cohort program for white men around racial and gender justice, and with his local tenant’s association on housing justice.
