Colin Powell Fellowship in
Leadership and Public Service

The Colin Powell Fellowship in Leadership and Public Service is a two-year program for undergraduate students who are committed to careers in government, nonprofit organizations, and other forms of public service.

The fellowship starts in the Fall semester each year.

A large group of young professionals stands together with an older, distinguished man in front of a historic building. They are all dressed in formal or business attire, with the central figure wearing a suit and tie. The group appears confident and united, with a mix of smiles and serious expressions, symbolizing leadership and public service.

Fellows receive two years of in-state tuition and stipends for two internships. Through seminars, internships, and a cohort-based experience, the fellowship prepares you to tackle pressing issues of public concern.

No prior experience is necessary — just a desire to learn about and work toward social change.
