Vivian Guerrero Aquino

Vivian Guerrero is a research professional with a strong background in both academic and clinical research. Her career has been dedicated to conducting rigorous studies, managing complex projects, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in various fields. Vivian has a proven track record of success in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Her expertise spans diverse areas, including Dominican migration, geriatrics, and healthcare delivery. Currently holding the position of Research Associate at CUNY DSI, Vivian is the leading researcher of the Ellis Island project, a major study of Dominican migration to the United States through Ellis Island from 1892 to 1924. Vivian earned an M.A. in Sociology from the City College of New York and a B.A. with honors in Psychology and Sociology from the City College of New York.
