Ian is the Program Coordinator for the Threatened Scholars Fellowship
Program at CUNY DSI. This role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure
the success of the Program and the Fellows. He is also a Ph.D candidate in
Political Science at the Graduate Center, CUNY. His research focuses on
comparative democracy and political economy in Latin America and younger
democracies globally.
