The Health and Opportunity Leadership Institute (HOLI), based at the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at City College — but open to all CUNY undergraduate and graduate students — is offering the opportunities for coursework, leadership development workshops, mentorship opportunities, and more.
HOLI is a first-of-its-kind center preparing the next generation of health leaders with a focus on leadership development and experiential learning. HOLI’s approach is grounded in the belief that lived experience is a leadership asset — but it must be matched with knowledge, skills, confidence-building, networks, and opportunity. By investing in the leadership of students who reflect the diversity of New York and the nation, HOLI is reimagining who holds power in health and how it gets used.
